It's hard to admit how much we all want something more. We're always looking for the next best thing that will make us happy, or at least less unhappy. And we can't seem to find it no matter where we look - in our jobs, relationships, and hobbies.
The truth is that what makes us truly happy and fulfilled is an inside job: a shift in perspective from outside-in to inside-out.
But we don't come with instructions, we are all so unique and yet society has evolved in such a way that we are all fitting into some kind of box of what to like, how to behave, what to do, etc and so many people are lost.
It has only been over the last few years that self-care is becoming a priority and not looked at as indulgent but people still have such a hard time investing in it.
I see a lot of people who don't mind spending buckets full of money on the newest phone, car, shoes, or purses but when it comes time to spending money on things less tangible, like inner work as part of self-care, their purse strings sinch tight.
What I find interesting is how much money we would actually save when we invest in our personal development. When we are truly deeply happy and content because we are centered and confident, we can live in the moment, retail therapy is no longer the therapy of choice.
When we can uncover who we really are, what makes us tick, what beliefs have been influencing and sabotaging our efforts, and clear them, we can experience real change - Peace and presence, the ability to live in the moment so you can be more connected and fun!
When we invest in the inner work, we can uncover the essence of who we really are, who we are meant to be, our passions, our purpose and we can come alive!
If you aren't sure where to start, I get it, it can be overwhelming and I'm happy to help. Book yourself a connection call so I can learn about you, what you are wanting to experience and what challenges have been in the way. Then, I can help steer you toward what could help.
This is not a sales call. If we hit it off and I think I can help you, you decide if you want to hear what that could look like. If not, no worries, I'm just happy to help.
