Why Over 120 Certifications Make Perfect Sense

I get it—it can seem a bit overwhelming when you hear that I hold over 120 certifications across various fields (and counting). At first glance, it might look like a collection of unrelated skills. But to me, it’s a perfectly connected web, a rich toolbox that I draw from to help people create real, meaningful change in their lives and businesses.

Over the past 30+ years, I’ve discovered that no two people or situations are alike. What works wonders for one person might not resonate with another. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to learning as much as I can about emotional health, communication, business strategy, trauma healing, energy work, and more. Each certification, training, or technique I’ve mastered is another tool I can use to address specific challenges and guide people toward their goals.

It’s All Connected
At its core, everything I do is about helping people live more fulfilling, aligned, and successful lives. Whether that means:

• Helping a spa professional double their income while working fewer hours,

• Supporting someone in improving their relationships and communication, or

• Guiding an individual to overcome emotional patterns holding them back,

I see it all as part of the same big picture. It’s about uncovering what’s out of alignment and creating a path to transformation, using the methods that best suit the person and the situation.

What sets me apart is how I blend science, intuition, and experience into a proprietary approach. I don’t rely on a one-size-fits-all method or a single strategy. Instead, I combine techniques from hypnotherapy, therapeutic coaching, trauma recovery, business consulting, energy work, and more to create a customized experience for each client.

For example, someone might come to me for help with their spa business, but we uncover that their limiting beliefs around success are holding them back. In this case, I might integrate hypnotherapy and mindset coaching alongside proven business strategies. Similarly, someone seeking personal healing may benefit from an unexpected combination of energy work and communication psychology.
